Ultimate Spider-Man #126

Ok the following sentence is going to be very hard for me to type so I suppose the best thing to do is just get it out of the way. This issue of Ultimate Spider-Man was just...alright. There I said it and I'm still alive. Ultimate Spider-Man is my favorite monthly comic and to say that an issue didn't really excite me is a bit painful. The biggest problem with this contiuation of the return of Venom is the fact that it is way too heavy on the action. Now ordinarily action isn't a bad thing but it is when the dialogue suffers because of it. The other problem is that it's very unclear exactly when in time this story is supposed to take place. It's before Ultimates 3 but maybe sometime after the last story of Ultimates 2? Who knows? Anyway it was still a little entertaining and the end at least has the potential to advance the story in a cool way.
